Partners
Renu Rabilail (eThekwini Municipal Libraries), Refilwe Matatiele (University of Pretoria), Martha de Waal (National Library of South Africa), Santha Raju (University of Johannesburg) and Nicolene Barnard (Education, Libraries, Arts and Culture, Mangaung)
I visited the librarian of the National Museum yesterday, to see how their database of beading looks, and to investigate cooperation with them. Unfortunately this database is only a list of 33 titles in their library of South African books about beading - it is nothing extensive. According to the librarian their Antropology Department do have beads and beading examples, but it is not accessable to the general public. In the end I think we can maybe just mention on our blog that they are an institution to contact, as their library database is not accessable on the internet either. What do you think?
Hi All! Nicolene and Refilwe I have invited you as authors. I created a 'Group discussion' page. Please add your ideas/new pages to the blog. Any news from Renu and Santha?
You look like a great team! Have you made any progress? I'm sure it will be a very unique project!
